Heather Mack is a personal trainer, weight loss coach and menopause specialist based in Plymouth, working with women across Devon, Cornwall and the wider South West — and supporting clients UK-wide through online coaching. She founded Pause Training because she saw too many women in midlife being failed by generic fitness advice — plans built for younger bodies, diets that stop working, and gyms that feel intimidating rather than welcoming.
